Welcome to our website! As we have the ability to list over one million items on our website (our selection changes all of the time), it is not feasible for a company our size to record and playback the descriptions on every item on our website. However, if you have a disability we are here to help you. Please call our disability services phone line at 914.968.9200 during regular business hours and one of our kind and friendly personal shoppers will help you navigate through our website, help conduct advanced searches, help you choose the item you are looking for with the specifications you are seeking, read you the specifications of any item and consult with you about the products themselves. There is no charge for the help of this personal shopper for anyone with a disability. Finally, your personal shopper will explain our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and help you place an order if you so desire.

Toilet Replacement Program

About Toilet Replacement Program

epa-logo The New York City Department of Environmental Protection is the largest municipal water utility in the nation, delivering more than 1 billion gallons of drinking water to over nine million customers and treating 1.3 billion gallons of wastewater each day. In 2011 DEP launched the Water for the Future program, a comprehensive long-term planning effort to repair leaks in sections of the Delaware Aqueduct by 2021. This program is truly a sustainability program, which covers many aspects of DEP’s operations and requires extensive long-term planning in order to complete this repair safely and expeditiously.

To support this program, a newly created Demand Management Unit within DEP was tasked with development of a citywide strategy that will outline DEP’s plan for implementation of water demand management projects between now and 2021. The New York City Department of Environmental Protection is pleased to offer the 2014 Toilet Replacement Program for qualified multi-family property owners. Central Plumbing Specialties is an authorized vendor accepting vouchers for the program. For more information go here or print the brochure attached.
