Organization

Business established December, 1936 as Central Plumbing Specialties Company. Trade style registered December 28, 1936. Operations suspended October 1943. Resumed in December 1945, as a co-partnership. Incorporated under the laws of the State of New York, January 1963 as - Rashes Bros., Inc. The Corporate name changed by charter amendment January 1,1985 to Central Plumbing Specialties Co., Inc. Since 1985 Central Plumbing Specialties has added 3 Plumbing Supply Counter locations, 4 Fine Decorative Fixture & Hardware Showrooms and a Warehouse.

Officers / Owners

Howard Frankel, President and Warren Frankel, Secretary each have a 50% share of the company.

Operations

Activities comprise the wholesale and retail distribution of plumbing supplies, tools and heating supplies as well as decorative fixtures and hardware.
